
Grâce Mabiala-Maye
Grâce Mabiala-Maye is a Congolese physician and health systems researcher with expertise in frontline clinical service, implementation science, and policy advocacy.
She served as a medical officer in the rural Republic of Congo, providing care to 58,000+ people, including refugees and asylum seekers. She holds an MD and an MPH. She is currently completing her PhD in Health Services and Policy Research and an MBA in Health Care Management at the University of Nebraska System.
Dr. Mabiala-Maye combines clinical expertise, public health training, and business acumen to translate evidence into contextually adapted, financially sustainable solutions that strengthen health systems for the world’s most vulnerable communities.
As a bilingual professional, she created Voice from the Field, a podcast documenting rural health challenges and proposing evidence-based solutions across francophone Africa. She also works on the BEAT Cancer Project and collaborates with local NGO to support rural Congolese communities.
Driven by compassion, evidence, and faith, Dr. Mabiala-Maye works to create health systems that respect every life and serve every community with dignity.
